Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for permanent pavement repairs to damage due to October 29, 2017 storm events in the District I area, on the basis of a low bid of $514,067.55. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $25,703.38 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 12, 2018. 100% Other Funds – FEMA.
