Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with the Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation, Dover, NH, for an amount not to exceed $1,322,000 for transportation services. Effective July 1, 2025, or the date of G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
