Authorize to retroactively pay annual membership dues to the Federation of Tax Administrators, Washington, DC, in the amount of $11,295. This amount consists of two fees, one for annual organizational dues in the amount of $8,845 and one for maintenance fees for the Modernized Federal-State E-File Program in the amount of $2,450.
