Description

Authorize the Office of Workforce Opportunity to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Coos County Family Health Services, Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/13/24, Item #71, archived document ), to support the Family Medical Residency Program with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), State Fiscal Recovery Funds (SFRF) by extending the completion date from December 31, 2025 to June 30, 2026, with no change to the price limitation of $500,000, in order to complete their setup of the family medicine residency program in New Hampshire’s rural North Country. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. This is an allowable use of ARPA SFRF funds under Section 602 (c)(1)(A) to respond to the public health emergency or its negative economic impacts. 100% Federal Funds
