Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) to accept and expend grant funds from the Office of the Commissioner, in an amount not to exceed $35,000 for providing a hosted Web-based cellular phone notification system and associated services for HSEM to alert and warn the public of any impending dangers. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Agency Income.
