Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with Arcomm Communications Corporation, Hillsboro, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $253,829.40 for upgrades to the security camera systems at the Salem Bus Terminal/Park & Ride Facility at 10 Raymond Road and at the North Londonderry Bus Terminal/Park & Rail facility at 2 Symmes Drive. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $25,382.94 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction phase of the project. Effective upon G&C approval and will expire one year from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed by the Department. 100% Federal Funds
