Authorize the Risk Management Unit to enter into a contract with Express Scripts Inc., Saint Louis, MO, for the administration of the prescription drug benefit provided to state employees and retirees and, with respect to employees, consistent with state collective bargaining agreements, in the amount of $212,449,000. Effective January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 36% General, 15% Federal, 4% Enterprise, 11% Highway, 2% Turnpike, 32% Other Funds.
