Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an agreement with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, New York, NY (originally approved by G&C on 1-10-18, item #11A), to continue to provide consultation services on federal waiver policy for the proposed NH Granite Advantage Health Care Program to meet the requirements set by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, by increasing the price by $50,000 from $675,000 in an amount not to exceed $725,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2018 to December 31, 2018. 50% Federal, 50% General, Funds.
