Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission, Manchester, NH, for an amount not to exceed $1,126,200 for coordinated transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Effective July 1, 2025, or the date of G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
