Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to retroactively award a grant to the City of Manchester, in the amount of $10,214,879 to reconfigure Taxiways P and U as part of a Runway Incursion Mitigation Project for the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. Effective June 1, 2018 through July 19, 2022. 90% Federal, 5% General, 5% Local Funds.
