Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), to amend an existing sole source contract with Legal Files Software, Springfield, IL (originally approved by G&C on 8/22/12, Item #11), to continue to provide the DHHS with the Legal Files case tracking software, by increasing the price limitation by $308,671 from $402,876 to $711,547 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2030. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other (Agency Class 027) funds: The Agency Class 027 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT will be 42% Federal Funds, 58% General Funds
