Authorize to exercise a retroactive two-year contract renewal option amendment with Catholic Medical Center, Manchester (originally approved by G&C on 6-29-16, item #64), for the provision of Inpatient & Outpatient Hospital/Medical Services, by increasing the amount by $1,900,000 from $1,900,000 to $3,800,000. Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020. 100% General Funds.
