Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Safety and the Department of Environmental Services, to exercise a renewal option of a sole source contract with Avalara, Inc., Bainbridge, WA (originally approved by G&C on 7/16/08, Item #84), by increasing the price limitation by $358,265 from $3,974,501 to $4,332,766 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027, for the purpose of implementing new accounting standards and other interfaces in support of the NH FIRST Modernization Program and to allow adequate time for a competitive bid process and implementation of a new system. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other (Agency Class 027) Funds: Agency Class 027 used by the Department of Safety to reimburse DoIT is 100% Highway Funds. Agency Class 027 used by the Department of Environmental Services to reimburse DoIT 100% Other Funds
