Authorize to enter into a license agreement with Public Service Company of NH, d/b/a Eversource Energy, to allow PSNH access through several tracts of land owned by NHFGD to maintain utility rights-of-way that pass through each property. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2028. No Funding.
