Authorize to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of New Durham, in the amount of $20,000 to provide partial funding for the development of a Watershed Management Plan for the Merrymeeting River Watershed in the towns of Alton and New Durham. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Fisheries Habitat Funds.
