Authorize, on behalf of the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification, to enter into a sole source contract amendment with System Automation Corporation of Columbia, MD (originally approved by G&C on 5/8/14, Item #8), by increasing the price limitation by $285,136 from $3,396,787 to $3,681,923 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for the purpose of extended Software Licensing, Maintenance, and Support.
