Authorize, contingent upon approval of requested action #2 below, the Grants Administration Unit to establish one class 59 temporary full-time Criminal Justice Program Specialist, Labor Grade 24, to assist with the management of the Victim of Crime Act Grant and other grants and grant reconciliations as needed. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend funds from the Department of Justice, Federal Victim of Crime Act funds in the amount of $86,380 for the purpose of budgeting for a full time temporary Criminal Justice Program Specialist. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on July 20, 2018.
