Description
Authorize to enter into a license agreement with the City of Concord, to allow the Department of Administrative Services to install and maintain steam piping, manholes and other associated infrastructure (“Steam Facilities”) in the City of Concord Right of Way on School, Green, Capitol, Park, and North State Streets. Effective upon G&C approval.
