Authorize to enter into sole source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 13, 2018, to provide permanent supportive housing programs to homeless and chronically homeless individuals and families through the Federal Continuum of Care program in an amount not to exceed $685,480. Effective August 1, 2018 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through July 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
