Description

Authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option and amend an existing sole source agreement with Abacus Service Corporation, Farmington Hills, MI (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-15, item #53), to provide operations, maintenance and development services for the NH Web-based Interactive System for Direction and Outcome Measures, by increasing the price by $440,000 from $597,944 to $1,037,944 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2020. 45% Federal, 55% General Funds.
