Authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option to a sole source agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8-23-17, item #22), for the continued provision of substance use disorder crisis respite shelter, by increasing the price by $150,000 from $300,000 to an amount not to exceed $450,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019. 33.33% Federal, 66.67% Other Funds.
