Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-1-16, item #13), by making changes to the scope of work, payment schedules and terms and conditions of the contract; increasing the price by $244,391 from $4,616,000 to an amount not to exceed $4,860,391. This will amend an existing contract to increase the number of Recovery Community Centers and ensure they meet the standards required of a Recovery Community Center. Effective June 30, 2018 through the original completion date of June 30, 2019. 13.19% General, 45.59% Other, 41.22% Federal Funds.
