Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source agreement with Greater Nashua Council on Alcoholism, Nashua, NH, to continue to provide a statewide crisis line for substance use disorder, in an amount not to exceed $300,000. Effective July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. 80% Federal, 20% General Funds.
