Authorize to exercise the renewal option to amend a sole source agreement with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, New York, NY (originally approved by G&C on 12-6-17, item #7A), to continue to provide consultation services for modifications to the NH State Plan Amendment as a source of non-federal share for the State’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Program (DSRIP) 1115(a) waiver under the Medicaid program, by increasing the price by $30,000 from $60,000 to an amount not to exceed $90,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2018 to December 31, 2018. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
