Description
Authorize to exercise its first contract renewal option with Oak Point Associates, P.A., Biddeford, ME (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #102), for professional architectural services for the planning and design of various projects as necessary and required by the Department by increasing the price limitation by $500,000 from $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2025, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later.
