Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pine Ridge Technologies Inc., Wakefield, MA, for retrofitting all signal head backplates at 184 intersections throughout the state with 2-inch fluorescent yellow retroreflective borders, on the basis of a low bid of $484,801. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $33,936.07 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 1, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
