Authorize to exercise a contract renewal option with Securitas Security Services, USA, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #77), for security services at the State Military Reservation in Concord, NH by increasing the price limitation by $954,768 from $2,915,864.40 to $3,870,632.40 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $19,095.36 for unanticipated expenses bringing the contract total to $3,889,727.76. Effective upon G&C approval for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
