Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to extend the end date of a Federal Grant Award from June 30, 2018 to December 31, 2018 in an amount up to $3,465,411 for the acquisition of a Conservation Easement on 14,988 +/- acres in the Unincorporated Township of Success in Coos County, NH, known as the “Mahoosuc Gateway Forest Legacy Project”. Effective upon G&C approval and contingent upon grant extension approval by the USDA Forest Service. (Originally approved by G&C on 3-8-17, item #42). 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 15, 2018.
