Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into grant agreements in substantially similar form and format to the documents with the counties and municipalities as detailed in letter dated June 8, 2018, for a total amount of $1,200,000 for the investigation and apprehension of individuals or organizations that are involved in opioid related drug use and trafficking. Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. 100% General Funds.
