Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend the memorandum of agreement with the Department of Safety, Division of State Police (originally approved by G&C on 10-5-16, item #41), for the purpose of supporting the Information and Analysis Center (IAC) with a part-time Program Assistant II, in the amount of $9,905, increasing the total from $27,000 to $36,905. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend $9,905 of federal pass-through funds from the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, for continued funding of the part-timer Program Assistant II currently supporting the IAC. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2018. 100% Agency Income.
