Authorize to exercise a renewal option and amend an existing agreement with Trustees of Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-18-16, item #21), to operate a cancer registry system, by increasing the price by $1,332,300 from $1,190,940 to $2,523,240, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2020. 77% Federal, 23% General Funds.
