Authorize to amend existing agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated May 15, 2018 (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-17, item #45), to provide Women, Infants and Children Special Supplemental Nutrition Food Program and Breastfeeding Peer Counseling Program services to low income women and children, by increasing the price by $125,851 from $5,878,624 to $6,004,475, and by modifying the scope of services with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
