Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with Bi-State Primary Care Association, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-21-16, item #24A), to provide medication assisted treatment to individuals with substance use disorder, and to reduce the amount of funding by $194,000 from $1,125,000 to $931,000, with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2018. 100% Governor Commission Funds.
