Authorize to enter into a contract with Occupational Health Centers of the Southwest, PA, d/b/a Concentra Medical Centers, Addison, TX, in the amount of $107,207.87, for the provision of Pre-Assignment & Fitness for Duty Exam Services. Effective upon G&C approval for the period beginning July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, with the option to renew for one additional period of up to two years. 100% General Funds
