Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 3,250 +/- square foot parcel of State owned land located on the easterly side of NH Route 125 in the Town of Barrington to Wayne and Jennifer Brulotte for $6,000 which includes a $1,100 Administrative Fee. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased with 80% Federal, 20% Highway Funds.
