Description
Authorize the Bureau of Environment to continue to make payments to the Department of Environmental Services (originally approved by G&C on 11-18-16, item #28) for permit application fees, and in lieu mitigation fees for DOT construction projects and maintenance activities requiring fill and dredge in wetlands, as well as other areas. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019.
