Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for roadway rehabilitation project that will improve the pavement condition of approximately 7.3 miles of roadway by resurfacing US Route 1, from the intersection of Lamson Lane in Hampton, proceeding north through North Hampton and Rye, to just south of Peverly Hill Road in Portsmouth, on the basis of a low bid of $4,465,169.10. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $223,258.46 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 21, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
