Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with The Gorman Group LLC, Albany, NY, for pavement preservation on I-89, beginning south of Exit 7 and extending northerly to just south of Exit 8, and includes all the ramps at Exit 7, on the basis of a low bid of $1,559,507.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $77,975.38 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 7, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
