Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Brox Industries Inc., Albany, NY, for pavement preservation, rehabilitation and maintenance of eleven Tier 2 roadway segments in the eastern portion of the state, on the basis of a low bid of $4,843,348.28. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $242,167.41 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 19, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
