Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a contract amendment with Southwestern Community Services Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-7-17, item #38), for coordinated transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Sullivan County area, by increasing the amount by $26,086 from $458,478 to $484,564. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2018, whichever is later, through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
