Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a bridge contract with the State of Maine and the Boston and Maine Corporation’s Springfield Terminal Railway Company, to provide for the restoration of rail connection between Portsmouth and Kittery over the new Sarah Mildred Long Bridge by detailing ownership and maintenance and operational responsibilities. Effective upon G&C approval until terminated in accordance with the terms of the contract.
