Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a contract amendment with Southern NH Planning Commission, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-7-17, item #26), for coordinated transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities, by increasing the amount by $94,241 from $362,231 to $456,472. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2018, whichever is later, through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
