Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with New Hampshire Community Loan Fund (NHCLF), Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $11,100,000 to develop and implement community solar projects with technical and financial assistance through NHCLF’s already existing Resident Owned Communities program. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2029. 100% Federal Funds
