Authorize to enter into a contract with Johnstone Enterprises LTD d/b/a Granite State Shuttle Service, Dover, NH, for the provision of In-State Courier Services for the Northern NH Correctional Facility, in the amount of $136,764.16. Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021, with the option to renew for one additional period of two years. 100% General Funds.
