Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a retroactive sole source contract amendment with Tech Mahindra (originally approved by G&C on 12-20-13, item #92), for continued maintenance and support services for the VISION system, by increasing the price by $519,454 from $10,569,800 to an amount not to exceed $11,089,254, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2020. 82% Transfer from Other Agencies, 10% Revolving, 8% Federal Funds.
