Authorize to amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 2/21/24, Item #71), by extending the expiration date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for the acceptance of Infrastructure, Investments, and Job Act, Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Planning Grant Funds in the amount of $2,920,000 for the purpose of improving the State of New Hampshire broadband infrastructure. (2) Further authorize to amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 5/21/25, Item #58), by extending the expiration date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for the acceptance of Infrastructure, Investments, and Job Act, Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Planning Grant Funds in the amount of $12,358,494 for the purpose of improving the State of New Hampshire broadband infrastructure. (3) Further authorize to continue utilizing Class 046 – Consultants for the purpose of supporting the IIJA Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Planning Grant program, by amending a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 2/21/24, Item #71), by extending the expiration date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. (4) Further authorize to extend two full-time temporary positions; MISC FINAN SPECS-5 and MISC FINAN SPECS-5 created with the approval of a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 3/22/23, Item #53), by extending the expiration date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 20, 2025.
