Authorize to amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 12/7/22, Item #38A), by extending the expiration date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for the acceptance of $65,000,000 in American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus Capital Projects Funds for the purpose of improving the State of New Hampshire’s broadband infrastructure. (2) Further authorize to amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 2/21/24, Item #69), by extending the expiration date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for the acceptance of $5,337,621 in American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus Capital Projects Funds for the purpose of improving the State of New Hampshire’s broadband infrastructure. (3) Further authorize to extend three, full-time temporary positions; REGIONAL PLANNERS-5, BUDGET ANALYSTS-3, ACCTS-AUDITORS-3, created with the approval of Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #89), from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 20, 2025.
