Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the County of Grafton, North Haverhill, NH, which shall provide courtroom, office and storage space for the Grafton County Superior Court and the 2nd Circuit – District Division (Haverhill) comprised of approximately 21,291 square feet, for an amount not to exceed $1,222,599. Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2022. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
