Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the County of Strafford, Dover, NH, which shall provide courtroom and office space for the Strafford County Superior Court and the 7th Circuit – Probate Division (Dover) comprised of approximately 36,652 square feet, for an amount not to exceed $2,146,273.08. Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2022. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
