Description
Authorize to amend the Contract Attorney Program (originally approved by G&C on 6-7-17, item #61), by increasing the total by $300,000 from $3,960,000 to $4,260,000 to allow qualified attorneys in the State to continue providing representation of indigent defendants. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% General Funds.
